  • Mixing bowls

Ingredients
  

For Dough:

  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Water (as needed)
  • 1 tsp oil

For Stuffing:

  • 1 cup Grated Paneer
  • 1/2 cup grated processed cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 green chili,chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala

For Cooking:

  • Ghee or butter, for frying

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt. Add water gradually to knead into a soft dough. Apply oil, cover, and rest for 10 minutes.

Make the Stuffing

  • In another bowl, mix grated paneer, cheese, chili, black pepper, chaat masala, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.

Divide and Roll

  • Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll one portion into a 4-inch disc.

Fill the Paratha

  • Place 2 tbsp of the stuffing in the center. Gather edges and seal tightly. Flatten gently.

Roll Again

  • Dust with flour and roll carefully into a 6–7 inch paratha.

Cook on Tava

  • Place on hot tava. Cook until brown spots appear on one side. Flip and apply ghee/butter. Cook both sides till golden and crisp.

Serve Hot

  • Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or curd.

Notes

Use freshly made paneer for the best taste.
You can skip chilies if making for kids.
