For Dough:
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Water (as needed)
- 1 tsp oil
For Stuffing:
- 1 cup Grated Paneer
- 1/2 cup grated processed cheese or mozzarella
- 1 green chili,chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp chat masala
For Cooking:
- Ghee or butter, for frying
Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt. Add water gradually to knead into a soft dough. Apply oil, cover, and rest for 10 minutes.
Make the Stuffing
In another bowl, mix grated paneer, cheese, chili, black pepper, chaat masala, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
Use freshly made paneer for the best taste.
You can skip chilies if making for kids.
