Ingredients
  

For Dough

  • 2 cup Whole wheat aata
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • water

For Filling

  • 1/2 cup Grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsium
  • 1/4 cup boiled mashed patato
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmic powder

For cooking

  • Ghee or oil

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

  • In a mixing bowl, blend whole wheat flour, salt, and oil. Gradually incorporate water and knead until a soft dough forms. Cover it and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a separate bowl, mix grated carrot, cabbage, capsicum, mashed potatoes, coriander, cumin seeds, and all spices thoroughly.

Assemble the Paratha:

  • Divide the dough into portions. Roll one portion into a small disc, place 2 tablespoons of vegetable filling in the center, seal it, and gently roll it into a round paratha.

Cook the paratha.

  • Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides, brushing with ghee or oil, until golden brown spots develop. Serve Hot: Accompany with curd, pickle, or butter for an enjoyable Indian meal.

Notes

You may modify the vegetables according to what is in season. Additionally, leftover sabzi can be utilized as a filling. Incorporating cheese will make the dish more appealing to children. For optimal flavor and texture, serve while hot.
